To the Editor: This is Michelle Ferraro contacting you on behalf of Windstream Communications. I wanted to give you a quick heads up that Windstream will be performing Random Acts of Kindness in Centerville this week! We’ll be in town all day Monday, August 30th buying people cold drinks or ice cream, surprising citizens with flowers or filling up their gas tanks—and these are just some of the ways that Windstream will say “thank you!” to Centerville.

I thought you might like to share this with your readers so they can keep an eye out for us while they’re around town. Because the acts really are “random”, it’s hard to give further specifics as to the locations, but the Windstream “Green Truck,” our bright green 1953 Chevy truck is usually a dead giveaway!

Pictures and details of our random acts of kindness will be available on Wednesday, September 1st, and I would love to send some along for a regional or local spotlight. If you would like any more information about Windstream or the Random Acts of Kindness tour, please let me know.
