WSU’s Robinson Selected by Arizona

DAYTON – Wright State baseball right handed relief pitcher Greg Robinson (Wilmington, OH) was selected today in the 32nd round by the Arizona Diamondbacks. In 2010, the Raiders posted an overall record of 31-25 and won the regular-season Horizon League title while posting a 5-2 record and two saves with a 4.24 ERA in 40.1 innings.  He has a career mark of 11-7 in 77 appearances.


“We are very proud of Greg,” said WSU head coach Rob Cooper.  “He has participated in four Horizon League championship games during his career here and two NCAA Tournament appearances.  He will graduate this weekend and we are excited for him to begin this new chapter in his life.”
