Cedarville, Ohio—Chris Williamson, founder and pastor of Strong Tower Bible Church in Franklin, Tenn., will speak at Cedarville University’s 2010 Fall Bible Conference.
In addition to serving as pastor to Strong Tower, a multiracial fellowship, Williamson has preached all over the world and is a favorite chapel speaker for a number of colleges and pro football teams. His latest book, which is about the kingdom of God, is entitled “One But Not the Same.” Williamson also leads a group of pastors in his area in the Synago ministry focusing on the ability to work and worship together across denominational lines.
Dr. William Brown, president of the University, will open the conference at 10 a.m. August 23. Williamson will then participate as the keynote speaker beginning with the 7:30 p.m. session that evening. He will also speak Tuesday and Wednesday at 10 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. and close the conference on Thursday, August 26 at 10 a.m. All sessions will be held in the Jeremiah Chapel of the Dixon Ministry Center at Cedarville University. The event is free and open to the public.
